Vinyl & Aluminum Cleaning

We offer vinyl and aluminum siding and gutter cleaning for all structures. This is one maintenance item many owners can take on themselves with readily available cleaners. Protection of all wood surfaces like decking and painted shutters, etc.. is required. Plants and pets should be protected as well. JoMax and Krud Kutter are both fine products available on the shelf at many suppliers. These mix 1 quart cleaner/ 3 quarts household (chlorine) bleach to 3 gallons of water. We pre-spray one area at a time and do not allow the solution to dry on the surface. When rinsed, the solution quickly removes algae and mold and any other dirt or grime in its path. We will use the rinse wand of our pressure machine in cases where there is not enough hose pressure. The results are outstanding, and whether you take this on yourself or hire us, you will be very pleased. One note: The finish coat on aluminum siding and gutters weathers and can become chalky over time. This allows stains to penetrate into the coating that can be hard to remove.
